In Turkey, orders are typically prepared in 0–1 business day and delivered in 1–2 business days via MNG Kargo. International orders ship with FedEx; transit usually takes 3–10 business days depending on destination and customs.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on rug size, weight, and destination. Domestic deliveries use MNG Kargo; international parcels ship with FedEx (or an equivalent premium carrier).

Each rug is professionally rolled (never folded in a way that stresses the foundation), wrapped in protective material, and placed in a reinforced tube or crate depending on size and value.
