Every Sempati Hali rug is hand-rolled, wrapped in protective cloth, and packed so it arrives at your door in perfect condition — wherever you are in the world.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship to over 80 countries from our Istanbul showroom. Your rug travels safely with Aras Kargo and international partners.
Delivery Times
We hand your order to Aras Kargo within 1–2 working days. Delivery time after that depends on the destination and, for international orders, customs.
Shipping rates
Shipping inside Türkiye is included. Orders outside Türkiye include a $20 shipping fee.
Fully Insured
Every shipment is fully insured for its declared value. In the rare event of damage in transit, we will replace your piece.

Processing Time
Each rug is inspected, rolled, and packed at our Bağcılar showroom, then handed to Aras Kargo within 1–2 working days.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for undamaged items in their original packaging. Please contact us before initiating a return.
